Job summary

Hilton is seeking a contract recruiter to represent recruitment to business clients while managing the full hiring lifecycle. You will attract, engage, and develop top talent across key markets, with a focus on technology hiring and building relationships across universities and industry partners.

This role is remote-friendly with preference for candidates near McLean, VA, Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX and will operate on EST/CST hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with EEOC/ADA employment law frameworks is a plus.
• Experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions (Technology, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Accounting).
• OFCCP-compliant recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for assigned client groups using online sourcing and networking.
• Collaborate with partners on projected hiring needs and objectives.
• Provide market data on compensation trends to position the organization competitively.
• Partner with Talent Research to improve delivery of passive candidates.
• Build relationships with universities, communities, and industry to influence hiring needs.
• Manage end-to-end life-cycle recruitment including posting, screening, interviewing, and offers.
