LaSalle Network is hiring a Contract Recruiter for our Eddystone, PA facility to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles in a GMP-regulated, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This on-site, contract role offers $40-$50 per hour and requires 3+ years of experience, strong sourcing, ATS proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to meet workforce needs during a critical growth period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, food production, or similar operational environments.
• Proven ability to recruit both hourly and salaried talent.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through candidate start date.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill manufacturing and operational roles.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Initiate and coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and screening requirements.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation within the ATS.

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter with a global food manufacturing company known for supporting a high-volume, fast-paced environment during a critical growth and transformation period. We are partnering with an industry-leading manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support their Eddystone, PA facility. This is an exciting opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of hourly and salaried roles in a dynamic, GMP-regulated environment.
