Job summary

LaSalle Network is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a global food manufacturing company at the Eddystone, PA facility. This contract role covers full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions in a GMP-regulated environment, with high visibility and fast-paced growth.

Responsibilities include partnering with managers, building pipelines, coordinating interviews, and handling pre-employment steps in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, food production, or similar operational environments.
• Proven ability to recruit both hourly and salaried talent.
• Strong sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter with a global food manufacturing company known for supporting a high-volume, fast-paced environment during a critical growth and transformation period.

We are partnering with an industry-leading manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support their Eddystone, PA facility. This is an exciting opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of hourly and salaried roles in a dynamic, GMP-regulated environment. Key Details

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $40 - $50 hourly
