LaSalle Network is hiring a Bilingual Recruitment Consultant for our client, a rapidly growing logistics organization in the western suburbs of Chicago. This organization is expanding fast, and they’re seeking a recruiting professional who’s ready to take charge, drive hiring initiatives, and make an immediate impact.

As the Bilingual Recruitment Consultant, you’ll report directly to the Director of Recruitment and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to help shape the company’s recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across multiple departments
• Design and implement recruiting strategies and ATS workflows
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline
• Partner with HR leadership to ensure inclusive, compliant hiring practices
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, retention, and more)
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing firms and schools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience; ideally in manufacturing, logistics or distribution
• Strong sourcing and ATS knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
