LaSalle Network is seeking a high-performing Direct Labor/Manufacturing Recruiting Coordinator for 6 months to support a fast-paced light industrial manufacturing environment in North Aurora, Illinois.

You will play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating 6+ direct labor hires per week, with an immediate project requiring 40-50 new hires. This is a dynamic, high-priority role with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring for direct labor roles across Illinois-based manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with staffing agencies to meet weekly hiring goals. Facilitate the transition of temporary workers into permanent positions. Maintain and adapt to a dynamic project plan with shifting priorities.
