Job summary

LHH Solution in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a full-time Contract Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from intake with hiring managers to posting jobs and screening resumes.

You will conduct phone and in-person interviews, coordinate interview schedules, maintain ATS records, and provide updates to stakeholders while delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with candidates on application status and next steps.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Provide support to the HR department on projects as needed.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Contract Recruiter role based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings with hiring managers, drafting and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and screening resumes for role fit. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting phone and in-person interviews, coordinating interview schedules, facilitating candidate feedback, and guiding candidates through the selection and offer process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, providing regular hiring updates to stakeholders, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The Contract Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align hiring strategies with business needs and meet agreed-upon timelines.
