• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, lean environment with organization and accountability.
• Capable of managing multiple requisitions and partnering with multiple hiring managers.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager with an environmental services and manufacturing organization known for explosive growth and paving the way for environment friendly solutions in the waste industry. This Talent Acquisition Manager role is a Direct Hire opportunity, in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment supporting a diverse employee population across manufacturing and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle recruitment process from job requisition through the new hire’s first week.
• Manage recruiting across hourly, skilled labor, field technician, and professional positions.
