Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Member Services Representative in the downtown Chicago area. You will talk to members, process membership dues by phone, and respond to inquiries via phone and email. This is a contract assignment from 9/21 to 10/8, 100% onsite, paying $20/hour.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 1+ year of customer service experience, and strong communication/interpersonal skills; proficiency with Excel and SQL or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responds to member inquiries through phone call and email
• Taking payments over the phone
• Educate members as needed to ensure retention
• Acts as gatekeeper for member charges, reimbursements, refunds, and credits
