Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for individuals in credentialing or certification programs.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to application, testing, credentialing, and account processes.
• Manage operational workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders for a seamless participant experience.
• Maintain and update records, documentation, and data within systems.
• Support fulfillment activities, reporting requirements, and administrative processes.
• Assist with accounting-related operational tasks, reconciliations, and documentation as needed.
• Monitor workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to projects focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
