Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Community Manager for a global real estate development client in downtown Chicago. The role is onsite, 8 hours per day, Tuesday through Thursday, focusing on building events, tenant engagement, and programming across common areas and amenities.

You will coordinate programming, manage spaces, create marketing collateral, and collaborate with tenants and vendors to deliver engaging experiences for the community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular programming including events, lunches, and brand activations for the building and tenants.
• Manage property amenity spaces and plan the programming budget.
• Create marketing collateral for programming and coordinate vendor partnerships.
• Assist leasing and property teams with tours and tenant onboarding events.
• Maintain the property app portal and social media pages; write monthly tenant newsletters.

Our client, a global real estate development firm, is looking for a Part-Time Community Manager to join their team in the downtown Chicago area. The schedule is onsite 8 hours per day, Tuesday-Thursday, weekly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular programming including but not limited to themed events, lunch and learns, conveniences, entertainment, philanthropy, and brand activations for the building and individual companies
• Manage property amenity spaces including tenant lounge, conference center, outdoor space, and other common areas
• Plan and maintain the property programming budget
• Partner with fitness providers for health and wellness programming
• Create marketing collateral for property programming and events using property specific branding
• Partner with onsite and local retailers and dining establishments to highlight promotions
• Assist the property management and leasing teams in tours, welcome collateral, and events for new tenants
• Maintain the admin portal of property app including conference center reservations, building events, and local area information and partnerships
• Manage the property social media pages
• Write and design eblasts and monthly newsletter to tenants who have opted into the service regarding events occurring in the building and around the local area
• Act as a building ambassador, including maintaining a welcoming presence in public spaces during high traffic times and during events
• Respond to in-person, phone and email requests from tenants providing guidance and information to tenants in a timely manner
• Knowledgeable of local and trending events, attractions, restaurants, hotels, tours and transportation options in the surrounding area, helping to coordinate reservations and tickets
• Negotiate contracts with area vendors for best prices and services
• Provide detailed reporting of events, conference center bookings, social media engagement and building app usage to the client
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to the finance department to ensure accurate billing of services to clients
• Other concierge-related requests, as needed
