Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Contract Management Leadership Development Associate to join the Leader Development Program. The two-year rotation includes three assignments, with 6–12 month durations, and relocation likely required.

This onsite role develops supervision, team leadership and management skills while administering moderately complex contracts. In this program you will collaborate across functions, prepare responses to RFPs, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Two+ years of experience in contract administration or related field.
• Knowledge of contract administration principles, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer moderately complex contracts and analyze performance requirements.
• Evaluate costs, delivery schedules, and estimates of materials and labor hours.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs; submit proposals.
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions within scope of responsibility.
• Coordinate with functions on technical/quality issues; ensure compliance.
