Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's Parker Aerospace segment seeks an Export Control Leadership Development Associate (LDA). This program blends leadership development with export control duties, including policy development, audits, and compliance management.

Rotations span 2 years with 3 assignments of 6–12 months each; relocation is likely, and onsite work is required. Candidates should have a related bachelor's degree and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade or related field.
• Understanding of project management basics.
• Working knowledge of export compliance concepts and demonstrated application.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and other related business tools.
• Understanding and applying problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate status and exchange information with team members and management.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship; ITAR/EAR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains division's import/export manuals and conducts regular audits.
• Manages division's item master for HTS, COO, and license status.
• Collaborates with Engineering or Procurement on product compliance coding.
• Ensures import/export records comply with US and Parker rules.
• Provides FTA data to customers as required.
• Liaises with leadership for Government Licensing applications as necessary.
• Delivers proper exporting of division's products.
• Monitors Parker compliance systems and tools.
• Promotes adherence to Parker policies and programs.
• Ensures compliance with ITAR, EAR and other regulations.
• Delivers Parker import/export training annually.
• Advises technical leadership on regulatory interpretation.
• Applies lean principles to develop and maintain standard work.
