Job summary

Vizient is seeking a CLM specialist to coordinate contracts end-to-end, from intake to post-execution repository management.

You will administer the CLM system, validate contract data, and guide legal redline cycles while improving cycle times and client experience. Strong analytical and documentation skills are essential, with Experience in healthcare contracting and Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in supply chain, contract administration or procurement.
• Hands-on CLM/ERP/e-sourcing tool experience required; Workday preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews and managing document version control.
• Healthcare contracting or buyer/supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, written communication, and documentation management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Administer CLM system including users, roles, templates, clause libraries, playbooks, workflows, and metadata.
• Validate contract intake for completeness and accuracy; route through workflow.
• Coordinate contracts through intake, review, approval, redline, execution and post-execution activities.
• Facilitate legal redline cycles by version control, consolidating feedback, tracking turnaround times.
• Support healthcare supply chain contracting by partnering with clients.
• Identify non-standard terms, missing docs, and policy deviations; maintain audit-ready records.
• Maintain contract repository; ensure documents are indexed, searchable, and linked to key dates.
• Analyze contract workflow data (cycle time, backlog, renewals) to identify trends and improvements.
• Support training and user adoption; propose workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and data quality.
