Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data & CLM Migration Specialist to support a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system implementation and data cleanup initiative. This role will focus on reviewing and validating contract and vendor information, reconciling data between systems, identifying inconsistencies, and preparing documentation for migration into a new CLM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate contract, vendor, and agreement data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data cleanup and reconciliation between existing systems and the new CLM platform.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
- Review and organize contract documentation and supporting records to prepare for migration.
- Assist with the migration of contract documentation and related data into the CLM system.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure migrated information is accurate and complete.
- Work closely with Contract Management, Procurement, Purchasing, and other internal stakeholders throughout the migration process.
- Maintain accurate records and protect confidential contract and vendor information.
- Assist with additional contract data and migration-related projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with data validation, data cleanup, reconciliation, or data migration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of information.
- Experience reviewing contracts, agreements, vendor records, or other business documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and data reconciliation.
- Experience working with document repositories, databases, contract management systems, or other enterprise business systems.
- Ability to handle confidential contract and vendor information appropriately.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
- Experience supporting a system implementation or data migration project.
- Experience with contract data or vendor management.
- Familiarity with procurement or purchasing processes.
- Experience with Ironclad or similar contract management platforms.
This is a hybrid position, with an expected schedule of Tues and Wednesday onsite each week.
