Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of contract administration, legal operations, procurement contracts, or as a corporate paralegal.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts.
• Experience administering a CLM platform (Ironclad preferred; similar platforms considered).
• Experience maintaining contract repositories and metadata.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrator for the Ironclad CLM platform and manage contract workflows.
• Support end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake to execution, renewal, and archiving.
• Lead migration of contracts from legacy repositories into Ironclad with metadata validation.
• Review vendor agreements and capture key terms, including pricing, renewal, and termination.
• Maintain templates, clause libraries, metadata, and governance standards.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to improve contract visibility and compliance.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and IT to implement CLM improvements.
• Coordinate UAT, system updates, and end-user training.
