Job summary

YPO, Inc. is seeking a Contract Specialist to join the Contracts and Procurement team. The role focuses on managing low-risk contracts through the full lifecycle, supporting vendor onboarding, and administering YPO's CLM system in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep contracts moving efficiently in line with YPO standards, with travel up to 0-5% as needed across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience.
• Experience with contract administration, procurement or business operations is required or preferred.
• Working knowledge of contract principles, terms, and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage low risk, low dollar contracts through the full lifecycle.
• Administer and maintain Contract Lifecycle Management software.
• Assist writing summaries and collecting W-8/W-9 from vendors.
• Ensure YPO logo agreements are approved by marketing.
• Maintain contract files per policies and procedures.
• Support CLM training and user guidance.
• Troubleshoot CLM support tickets and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements for CLM workflows.
