Job summary

Iceberg is seeking an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management Consultant to join our growing implementation practice. This remote role can be US or UK-based and focuses on transforming and automating contract management for enterprise clients.

You will design, configure, and deploy CLM solutions, lead client workshops, map processes, build workflows, and ensure successful delivery from discovery through training, with heavy emphasis on hands-on configuration and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Contract Lifecycle Management implementation experience.
• Proven experience implementing DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, or comparable CLM platforms.
• Experience building CLM workflows and processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in client discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
• Analyse existing contract processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
• Design, configure, and implement Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
• Build workflows, approval processes, templates, clauses, and business rules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CLM solutions.
• Produce process maps, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams throughout implementation projects.
• Support integrations between CLM platforms and external business systems.
• Create and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide ongoing best-practice guidance to clients throughout project delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management Consultant (Remote in US OR UK) to join a growing implementation practice focused on helping enterprise clients transform and automate their contract management processes.

This is a client-facing role requiring a combination of strong implementation expertise, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration experience. The successful candidate will work directly with enterprise customers to design, configure, and deploy CLM solutions that solve real business challenges.

Unlike many CLM roles, this position requires genuine implementation experience. We are looking for professionals who have built and configured CLM solutions from the ground up rather than simply deploying pre-existing templates or supporting established environments.

What You'll Be Doin

Highly Desired

• DocuSign CLM Consultant Accreditation or equivalent certifications
• Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, or integration
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and connected enterprise systems
• Workflow modelling experience using tools such as Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio
• Experience working within legal technology, CLM, contract analytics, or document automation environments

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong understanding of implementation methodology
• Ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders and executive sponsors

Candidates who have only worked on pre-configured environments, template deployments, or administrative support activities without significant implementation responsibility are unlikely to be the right fit for this role.
