Job summary

Flynn Group seeks a Contract Lifecycle Manager to own end-to-end contract processes, from intake and drafting through renewal and termination. You will read, interpret, and edit terms, redline where needed, and coordinate with Legal and business partners to protect the organization while enabling objectives.

You will manage templates, leverage Coupa and CLM tools, and drive governance, data quality, and continuous improvements across sourcing, procurement, and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5+ years in contract management, procurement, or related role.
• Experience reading, interpreting, redlining, and editing commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and edit commercial contract terms using templates and playbooks.
• Prepare redlines and summarize changes, impacts, and next steps.
• Coordinate with Legal or leaders for high-risk terms.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake to renewal/termination.
• Maintain contract metadata and documentation in CLM systems.
• Support supplier negotiations with issue lists and alternatives.
