Motion is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage the administration of contracts and consulting agreements. The role involves preparing and maintaining compliance documentation, organizing contract databases, and ensuring contracts meet regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and one (1) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration of contracts and consulting agreements.
• Prepares and maintains databases for contracts to ensure compliance.
• Reviews agreements for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manages the entire lifecycle of contracts, including closeout processing.
• Identifies metrics to enhance contract performance.
