Sapsol Technologies Inc. is hiring an IT PC Technician on a one-year contract to support the IT Customer Services Team at the EchoWater Facility in Elk Grove, CA. The role may alternate between the EchoWater Facility and SacSewer Goethe Road based on need.

The technician will assist with Help Desk duties, hardware/software installations, and interaction with customers, diagnosing and resolving issues, and taking on special IT projects as assigned.

Qualificações

• Excellent troubleshooting skills both remotely and in-person.
• Strong oral communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team with both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with hardware and software installations and PC imaging.
• Experience with Windows administration and AD environments.
• Experience providing Helpdesk phone support and MS Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Help Desk support and customer service to employees.
• Assist with hardware and software installations and PC imaging.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and interact with users at multiple locations.
• Support Windows OS in an Active Directory enterprise environment and assist related IT tasks.
