Qualifications

• Provide consumer-grade level customer service to HR/inquiry teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer HR and employee experience inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Clarify questions in writing when needed.
• Process and verify Form I-9 documentation in compliance with federal requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail across job level, worker type, location, and entity to provide correct answers.
• Research topics using team resources and information library.
• Escalate to SMEs/Stakeholders and coordinate handoffs.
• Use Workday to track, manage, and resolve HR inquiries and processes.
