Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an HR Generalist - Contact Center to support HR processes in our Shared Service Center in Plano, TX. This on-site role handles employee inquiries, policy guidance, and HR data maintenance in the HCM system, while supporting COEs and HR partners with regular reporting.

Candidates should have 2+ years in HR administration and payroll, with knowledge of regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR administration, payroll and business support.
• Knowledge of government regulations and industry HR best practices.
• ERP HCMs experience; Workday preferred.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a first point of contact for employees and managers across HR programs, policies and systems.
• Provides general HR administrative support to HR COEs and business partners.
• Manages and updates employee information within the HCM.
• Assists with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting including HR metrics.
• Assists with queries and projects related to HCM and the HR Portal.
• Documents inquiries and escalates complex cases to SMEs.
• Meets SLA for timely HR process responses.
• Supports development and improvement of HR information and processes.
• Supports ad hoc projects and activities related to HR.
