Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration, payroll and business support.
• Knowledge of government regulations and HR best practices relevant to HR programs.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and ERP HCMs; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries via calls and service tickets.
• Provide general HR admin support to Centers of Excellence and business partners.
• Maintain and update employee data in the HCM and HR portal.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting and metrics.
• Document inquiries and escalate complex cases to SMEs.
• Meet SLA targets for HR process, policy, and systems inquiries.
• Support HR information/process improvements and ad hoc HR projects.
