Job summary

Kastle Systems in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Field Technician Recruiter on a contract basis to design and execute hiring strategies for hourly field roles. You will partner with recruiters to build pipelines, source candidates creatively, and manage outreach campaigns to fill critical positions quickly.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will own outreach messaging, maintain the CRM (iCIMS), and drive engagement with diverse talent pools while ensuring a high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years talent acquisition experience
• Field Recruiting (hourly roles), High Volume Recruiting, Installation Recruiting Experience Preferred
• In-House/Corporate recruitment and sourcing experience preferred
• Familiarity with ATS (we use iCIMS)
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean strings, Chrome Extensions)
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
• Source and reach out to candidates through social media, internal CRM, job boards, networking, events
• Orchestrating candidate campaigns, outreach, engagement, and phone screens
• Create and compose compelling messaging highlighting Kastle’s culture
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Maintain candidate database (CRM) in iCIMS and communicate with past applicants
• Brainstorm with the sourcing team on best practices across research techniques
