Kastle Systems International, LLC is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional for a contract role in Falls Church, Virginia. You will partner with recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies, build pipelines, and craft compelling candidate messaging to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-volume recruitment, strong sourcing skills (Boolean, Seekout, Hiretual, Beamery) and experience with iCIMS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience (full-cycle or sourcing).
• Experience in high-volume hourly roles and installation recruiting.
• In-house/corporate recruitment experience preferred.
• Familiar with ATS, especially iCIMS, and similar systems.
• Proficient in Boolean search and sourcing tools (Seekout, Hiretual, Beamery).
• Strong use of LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via social media, CRM, job boards, and more.
• Orchestrate outreach and conduct phone screens as needed.
• Create compelling messaging highlighting Kastle's culture.
• Maintain candidate database and communicate with past applicants.
• Collaborate on research techniques and best practices.
