Job summary

K&K Technical Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team in the United States. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, and qualification for engineering, manufacturing, automation, and related technical positions.

You’ll work with our recruiting team to understand client requirements, develop sourcing strategies, identify and screen qualified candidates, and prepare strong submissions for clients.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled trades candidates is a plus.
• Experience sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and resume databases.
• Strong research and candidate-sourcing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and engaging candidates throughout the day.
• Ability to review resumes and identify matches to job requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using job boards, resume databases, ATS, and referrals.
• Review open positions and identify key technical skills, experience, location, and travel requirements.
• Develop Boolean searches and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Review resumes and determine alignment with client requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate technical experience and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to the recruiting team.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and status in the ATS.
• Follow up with candidates and provide a positive experience.
• Work with recruiters to achieve submission, interview, and hiring goals.
