Kastle Systems is a leader in smarter property technology, seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter on a contract basis in Falls Church, VA. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will build pipelines of exceptional talent and serve as an ambassador for Kastle’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition (full-cycle or sourcing).
• Experience with high-volume/field hourly roles.
• Strong ATS experience; iCIMS preferred.
• Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, Seekout, Hiretual, Beamery).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute hiring strategies with recruiters.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via social media, CRM, job boards, events.
• Coordinate campaigns, outreach, and phone screens.
• Craft compelling messaging highlighting Kastle's culture.
• Build talent pipelines for future needs.
• Maintain CRM in iCIMS and re-engage past applicants.
• Collaborate with sourcing team on best practices.
