Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Contract Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator to support the execution of our global early careers hiring strategy. You will own interview scheduling and logistics for internships, new graduates, apprenticeships, and other entry-level roles across multiple locations.

This hybrid contract role reports to the Manager of Talent Programs and offers the possibility of extension. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high volumes while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related function.
• Experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams, locations, or time zones.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through across multiple concurrent workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a thoughtful, candidate-first approach.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and scheduling or collaboration tools; Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack experience is preferred.
• Ability to support onsite interviews and local careers events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews across intern, new graduate, apprenticeship, and other entry-level roles.
• Coordinate availability, interview plans, preparation materials, and day-of execution with recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates with clear, timely communication about logistics and timelines.
• Support high-volume interview days with information and resources for smooth experiences.
• Assist with job postings and requisition setup in Greenhouse; ensure accuracy of candidate-facing information.
