CoreWeave, a leading AI cloud company, seeks a Contract Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator to manage internships, new grads, apprenticeships, and entry‑level roles across multiple sites. You will own interview scheduling, logistics, and data accuracy, collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, in a hybrid 12‑month contract.

The role supports onsite interviews and local events in the San Francisco Bay Area and other hubs, with a focus on delivering a thoughtful candidate

Formación

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or a closely related function.
• Experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across teams, locations, or time zones.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow‑through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a candidate‑first approach.
• Ability to build trust and work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, and cross‑functional partners.
• Comfort operating through changing priorities, compressed timelines, and high‑volume hiring periods.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and scheduling tools; Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom and Slack preferred.
• Comfort with recruiting data, trackers, and reports while maintaining accuracy across systems.
• Ability to support onsite interviews and local early careers events as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end scheduling and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews across intern, new graduate, apprenticeship, and other early‑career roles.
• Partner with Early Careers Recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to coordinate availability and day‑of execution.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates with clear, timely communications about timelines and onsite expectations.
• Support high‑volume interview days with information and resources for a smooth experience.
• Assist with job postings and requisition setup in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate candidate information.
• Maintain candidate, interview, requisition, and event data across Greenhouse, Gem, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, and related systems.
• Support campus and early careers recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, technical talks, and events.
• Coordinate event logistics, attendee communications, candidate follow‑up, lead tracking, and handoffs between Talent Programs and recruiting partners.
• Help coordinate offer and pre‑onboarding activities with approvals and cross‑functional handoffs.
• Partner on process improvements and program initiatives with Talent Programs, Recruiting, Talent Operations, Employer Brand, People Operations, and Recruiting Coordination.
• Document recurring workflows and identify efficiency and data quality improvements.
• Handle candidate and employee information with professionalism and confidentiality.
