Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Contract Early Careers Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for internships, new graduates, and other entry-level roles globally. You will partner with hiring managers, university partners, and internal Talent teams to build inclusive pipelines and a high-quality candidate experience.

The role reports to the Manager of Talent Programs. The contract is 12 months with potential extension based on business needs; open to candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including internship, university, new graduate, or early-career hiring.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive and emerging talent.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a candidate-first approach.
• Strong project management, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-volume hiring periods.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse and Gem preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for internships, new graduate positions, apprenticeships, and other early-career opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, interview processes, and alignment across searches.
• Build and nurture diverse candidate pipelines through universities, student organizations, referrals, events, and targeted sourcing.
• Develop relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and external partners.
• Support campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, and interview days.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide decisions.
