Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Contract Early Careers Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for internships, new graduates, apprenticeships, and other entry-level roles. You will partner with hiring managers and university partners to build diverse pipelines, manage multiple searches, and deliver timely, high-quality hires.

This contract role reports to the Manager of Talent Programs and runs for 12 months with potential extension, located in major US hubs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience including internships, university, new grad, or early-career hiring.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Strong sourcing skills and engaging passive and emerging talent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a candidate-first approach.
• Strong project management, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-volume hiring periods.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse and Gem preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for internships, new grads, apprenticeships, and other early-career opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, candidate profiles, interview processes, and search alignment.
• Build and nurture diverse candidate pipelines through universities, student orgs, referrals, events, and sourcing.
• Develop relationships with university career centers, faculty, student groups, and external partners.
• Support local campus recruiting activities like career fairs, info sessions, and events.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide timely decisions.
• Prepare, extend, and close offers with clear program details and timelines.
• Collaborate with Talent Programs, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Operations, Employer Brand, and People Ops.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse, Gem, and other systems; monitor funnel health.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate communications, interviewer readiness, and program delivery.
• Ensure recruiting practices are inclusive, compliant with company policies and employment requirements.
