CoreWeave is seeking a Contract Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator to support internships, new graduates, apprenticeships, and other entry-level roles. Hybrid contract, 12 months, with extensions possible.

Open to candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bellevue, New York City, or New Jersey, with onsite interviews and local events. You will own interview scheduling, data integrity, and candidate experience, coordinating with Global Early Careers teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across teams, locations, or time zones.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling and logistics for interviews across intern, new graduate, and early-career roles.
• Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers on plans and timelines.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates with timely interview logistics communications.
• Support high-volume interview days and ensure teams have required information.
• Assist with job postings and requisition setup in Greenhouse and related systems.
• Maintain accurate data across Greenhouse, Gem, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, and related tools.
• Coordinate campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and interview days.
• Handoff between Talent Programs and recruiting partners; help with offers and onboarding steps.
• Collaborate on process improvements, documenting workflows and data quality.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
