CoreWeave is seeking a Contract Early Careers Recruiter to support our global early-career hiring strategy. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for interns, new graduates, and entry-level roles, building strong partnerships with university partners and internal Talent teams.

This is a 12-month contract reporting to the Manager of Talent Programs, open to candidates in the SF Bay Area, Bellevue, NYC, or New Jersey.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including internships, university hiring, and other early-career roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and pipelines in high-volume settings.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive and emerging talent.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a candidate-first approach.
• Strong organizational and PM capabilities; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for internships, new graduate positions, apprenticeships, and other early-career opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and interview processes.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through universities, student orgs, and referrals.
• Develop relationships with university career centers and external partners.
• Support campus recruiting activities, including career fairs and information sessions.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams toward timely decisions.
• Prepare and extend offers with clear program details and timelines.
• Collaborate with Talent Programs and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in HR systems.
• Track funnel health and event engagement to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting communications and interviewer readiness.
