UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for an 18-month contract in the United States. You will serve as a liaison between customers and the company, handling inquiries via phone or email and supporting the Sales Department with administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes on-site work in a fast-paced environment, with on-the-job training and benefits included. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Prior Accounts Receivable experience encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Verbal & written professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Essential skills: active listener, responsive, personable.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS).
• Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative, team-player capable of working independently.
• Problem solver in a dynamic environment.
• Must lift up to 25 pounds and sit/stand as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: contacting outstanding accounts, processing credits/exchanges, and resolving conflicts through UniFirst's escalation process.
• Partner with UniFirst's Sales Department to provide administrative support.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
