Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee on an 18-month contract to cover a leave of absence. You will be a key liaison between customers and the company, delivering exceptional service across inquiries by phone or email.

The role includes AR duties, credits and exchanges, and collaboration with the Sales Department. On-the-job training and a five-day work week with weekends off are provided to help you grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting preferred.
• Prior accounts receivable experience encouraged.
• High School diploma or GED recommended.
• Verbal & written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and UniFirst personnel.
• Perform accounts receivable duties: calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits/exchanges, and resolving conflicts through UniFirst's escalation process.
• Partner with UniFirst's Sales Department and provide administrative support.
• Perform basic data entry and other administrative duties.
