Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor. • 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life through foundations and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective and studio partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store’s standing as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and link omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data to share insights with store leadership on events and initiatives.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment that welcomes differences and supports all team members.
