Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Contract Community Specialist at One Paseo to execute the store's community strategy, build local relationships, and support product seeding with ambassadors. You’ll deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor and bring a community perspective to every guest interaction.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to grow partnerships, identify opportunities, and participate in local events, reinforcing lululemon’s role as a community hub while maintaining an inclusive,

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios).
• Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and educate on products.
• Attend, support, and host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data to share insights with store leadership.
