Job summary

Sbtglobalinc is seeking a detail-oriented contract operations professional to support cross-functional teams in procurement, accounting, and legal. Responsibilities include drafting and managing contracts, generating quotes, and overseeing renewals within RMS and BQMS.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to clients. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or have 4+ years of related experience, with strong English and Korean language

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 4+ years of related experience.
Experience in contract management and drafting
Ability to draft contracts and internal approval requests
Attention to detail and compliance with legal standards

Responsibilities

Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contracts.
Draft contracts and internal approval requests in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards.
Prepare internal approval requests for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra company contracts.
Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, tracking and renewal.
Monitor and update the quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the company Cloud Platform.
Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms such as RMS and BQMS.
Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.
