Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Asset and Contract Manager to oversee procurement, vendor management, contracts, assets, and related IT services. The role requires bilingual Korean/English communication to coordinate with global stakeholders.

The position focuses on end-to-end lifecycle management of IT hardware and software, including ITAM, ITSM, and contract governance across IT and business teams. 1-year contract with renewal possibilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT infrastructure or ITAM/ITSM experience.
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and data centers.
• Experience managing hardware/software contracts and renewals.
• Hands-on ITAM processes experience.
• ITSM knowledge; ITIL preferred.
• Fluent Korean and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Procure IT infrastructure hardware, software, maintenance, and services.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and proposals.
• Support vendor selection, onboarding, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
• Translate requirements into procurement and vendor needs with IT/business teams.
• Identify cost savings opportunities, vendor consolidation, and efficiency gains.
