Job summary

Netrix Global is seeking an experienced Contract Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end contracting process and oversee daily Contract Operations activities. You will manage SOWs, MSAs, amendments, renewals, and related documents, ensuring compliance and timely handoffs to downstream teams.

The role partners with Legal, Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Security, and Customer Success to optimize CLM and Salesforce workflows, drive automation, and improve cycle times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Contract Operations, Contract Management, or related field.
• Experience supporting technology services, managed services, outsourcing, cloud, cybersecurity, or software contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle for customer agreements, including SOWs, MSAs, amendments, renewals, and related docs.
• Oversee contract intake, review, approvals, redline coordination, execution, and archival.
• Improve contracting workflows in collaboration with Legal, Sales, Service Delivery, and Finance.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and boost efficiency and visibility.
• Establish and maintain service levels and operational controls.
