Job summary

SERVPRO-Team SPG in Cumming, GA seeks an Assistant Project Manager / Crew Chief to support the contents crew during pack-out, cleaning, and inventory while ensuring quality work and excellent customer service. You will oversee labeling, handling, and restoration, documenting belongings with photos and maintaining inventories.

Travel to sites and weekend/on-call availability are required. Responsibilities include coordinating with technicians, communicating expectations, and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years contents or restoration experience.
• IICRC certifications a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and excellent customer service.
• Able to work in person and travel to jobsites; weekends and on-call rotation.
• Authorized to work in the United States with successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the contents crew on pack-out, cleaning, inventory and packing back belongings.
• Perform handling, labeling, cleaning and restoration of customer belongings.
• Document and photograph belongings; maintain detailed inventory records.
• Manage jobs per SERVPRO processes; monitor from start to finish.
• Respond to service calls; establish efficient job flow and coordinate requirements.
• Communicate expectations to technicians and supervise their work quality.
• Explain processes to customers; build relationships with commercial, insurance and residential clients.
• Monitor and respond to customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with internal parties (Job File Coordinator, management).
• Identify safety hazards; enforce safety procedures on site.
• Resolve problems promptly; manage project documentation and costs.
• Safely manage assets and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and offices.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadanddirectthecontentscrewonpack-out,cleaning,inventory,storage,andpack-backprojects.
• Performandsupervisethecarefulhandling,labeling,cleaning,andrestorationofcustomerbelongings.
• Accuratelydocumentandphotographcustomerbelongingsandmaintaindetailedinventoryrecords.
• ManageandcompletejobsaccordingtoSERVPROprocessesperworkorder,monitoringassignedjobsfromstarttofinish.

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS
