Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of contents or restoration production experience.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service.
• Must be able to work in person and travel to jobsites as needed; weekend and on-call rotation may be required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and supervise daily contents production, including pack-out, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-back operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation, photography, and tracking of all customer belongings.
• Maintain production schedules and meet completion deadlines for contents projects.
• Manage the overall customer and client experience and drive satisfaction throughout each project.
• Communicate processes, set expectations, and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.
• Develop accurate scopes of work, review estimates, and negotiate scope and pricing approval with customers and adjusters.
