Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Contents Technician in Soperton, GA to pack-out, clean, inventory, store, and pack-back belongings, ensuring careful handling and accurate documentation. You will work on-site across projects, maintaining quality results and following SERVPRO procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and a willingness to travel to job sites. A high school diploma/GED is required; IICRC certification is a plus; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order and document results.
• Perform pack-out, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-back of belongings.
• Handle, label, photograph, and document customer contents to prevent loss or damage.
• Clean and restore contents using approved methods, products, and equipment.
• Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Prepare rooms and staging areas for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards, job findings, and equipment needs to supervisors.
• Work as a team to ensure efficient production.
• End-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Learn and develop restoration skills to grow with SERVPRO.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES

• CompletejobsaccordingtoSERVPROprocessesperworkorder,performingproductionworkandcompletingjobdocumentation.

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS
