Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Crew Chief for water restoration projects in Kathleen, GA. You will lead mitigation crews through water, fire and mold jobs, ensuring safety, efficiency and top customer service while coordinating with management and other teams.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, moisture readings, job documentation and on-call availability for weekend work. Valid driver’s license and in-person site presence are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years water/fire mitigation experience preferred.
• IICRC WRT or similar certification preferred.
• Knowledge of drying equipment and moisture documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the mitigation crew in water, fire, smoke and mold remediation projects.
• Perform and supervise water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and remediation production work.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and document moisture readings and daily progress.
• Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order.
• Respond to service calls, establish efficient job flow and coordinate requirements.
• Communicate expectations to technicians and supervise their activities and quality.
• Explain processes to customers and build relationships with commercial, insurance and residential clients.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadanddirectthemitigationcrewonwater,fire,smoke,andmoldremediationprojects.

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS
