Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Content Marketing Manager for North America to lead B2B content programs and a customer story initiative. You will manage a team of freelance writers, edit diverse content, and ensure alignment with brand voice and campaign goals.

You will coordinate customer interviews, optimize content performance, and collaborate across teams to drive engagement and growth in NA markets. This role emphasizes strong writing, project management, and strategic storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial management.
• Experience managing multiple content formats (case studies, blogs, whitepapers/ebooks, bylines).
• Strong project management skills with overlapping deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience managing freelance writers or agency partners.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience using a project management platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of freelance writers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-value content on time.
• Oversee customer stories, blogs, ebooks, long-form assets, and short-form copy.
• Review and edit content to align with brand voice, messaging, and quality standards.
• Manage the North America Customer Story program (written and video).
• Promote the customer story program to internal teams and potential customers.
• Schedule and direct customer interviews; coordinate follow-ups and approvals.
• Continuously analyze content performance and optimize campaigns.
