Genetec is seeking a highly organized Content Marketing Manager to lead B2B content programs and the customer story initiative across North America. You will act as editor, reviewer, and project manager for written content, with opportunities to write short-form copy for ads and emails.

The role requires strong writing, editorial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects and freelance writers. You’ll collaborate with the North America marketing team and drive content that supports

Formación

• 3–7+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial management.
• Proven experience managing multiple content formats (case studies, blogs, whitepapers/ebooks, bylines).
• Strong project management skills with overlapping deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience managing freelance writers or agency partners.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience using a project management platform.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of freelance writers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high value content projects are completed on time.
• Customer stories – both written and video, blogs, ebooks and long-form assets.
• Write short-form copy for small projects, including digital ads and emails.
• Review and edit content to ensure alignment with brand voice, messaging, and quality standards.
• Review content briefs and suggest content enhancements.
• Manage the North America Customer Story program – both written and video.
• Promote the customer story program to internal team and potential customers.
• Schedule and direct customer interviews and coordinate follow-ups.
