Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Content Specialist to manage end-to-end content lifecycle, including preparation, publishing, localization, and QA across CMS and Back Office systems. The role demands careful attention to detail, proactive planning, and the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks with deadlines in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in Content Management or CRM content and is fluent in English and Russian (B2).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Russian with a minimum level of Upper Intermediate (B2).
• At least 1 year of experience in Content Management, CRM Content, or a related field.
• Experience handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines, or willingness to work in such environment.
• Independent and proactive approach to work with strong organizational skills and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish content in CMS.
• Configure and adapt content in CMS for different formats and interfaces.
• Coordinate content localization across multiple language versions and channels.
• Work with Back Office promotional mechanics: understand conditions and settings.
• QA published content: verify accuracy, settings, and display before/after launch.
• Identify and escalate content-related errors and issues.
