Job summary

SOFTSWISS in the United States seeks a Content Manager to prepare and publish content in our CMS, adapt content for different formats, and coordinate localization across multiple languages and channels. You will work with promotional mechanics in Back Office, perform quality assurance before and after launch, and identify and resolve content-related issues while maintaining accuracy under deadlines.

This role requires English and Russian at least Upper Intermediate (B2) and at least 1 year of

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Russian at a minimum Upper Intermediate (B2) level.
• Experience with Content Management, CRM Content, or related fields.
• Ability to manage many tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish content in CMS
• Configure and adapt content in CMS for different formats and interface limitations
• Prepare and coordinate content localization across multiple language versions, channels, and the product
• Work with promotional mechanics in Back Office, including conditions, settings, and limitations
• Perform quality assurance of published content, including accuracy, settings, and display before and after launch
• Identify and expand content-related errors and issues.
