Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the Game Aggregator team. You will support client operations and project configuration, working closely with clients and other Game Aggregator teams.

The role focuses on enabling providers and currencies, performing technical configuration, and handling client communications. It requires English B1-B2 and Russian B2+ proficiency, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

English written and spoken at B1-B2 level.
Russian written and spoken at least B2+ level.
Strong self-organisation, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to independently search for, analyse, and systematise information.

Responsibilities

Process requests to enable new providers and currencies for the casino.
Check the functionality of newly enabled providers and currencies in the casino.
Collect required documents from clients and verify you have all items on the list.
Perform technical configuration of new projects.
Prepare invoices and various reports for clients.
Communicate with clients and collaborate with other Game Aggregator teams.
Inform clients about important changes and monitor implementation.
