Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking a Localization Specialist who will support multilingual content delivery by managing translated assets and tracking quality feedback.

You will work with localization PMs, language service providers, and technical writers to ensure translations are accurate, on time, and compliant with standards. This entry-level to mid-career role offers remote eligibility and a pathway to grow in localization operations and language technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a foreign language, linguistics, translation, localization, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in translation, localization, or language services.

Responsibilities

• Localization Content and Quality Management.
• Manage and maintain translated content within the CMS and TMS.
• Coordinate import, export, and publication of multilingual content throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain records of quality issues, resolutions, and corrective actions.
• Track and analyze linguist and vendor performance metrics and visualize localization data.
